Fashion as we know it is just about context. The subject and its uniform, a place and social expectations. All codes change when they present a garment out its expected habitat.

Inspired by Brian Griffin’s work for Comme des Garçons in the early 90’s, model-turned-photographer Laetitia de Montalembert explores Georgia’s present and the limits between style and fashion, featuring TL-180’s Spring/Summer 2018 collection worn by local characters. Shot around Tbilisi, each image brings together an authentic sense of self and its own take on fashion, highlighting the city’s as a protagonist, its people in the XXI century and a bright future ahead as a new creative hub.
